Got an email from the recruiter regarding the phone screen availability. Had a 30 min chat with one of the senior members of QA team. It was overall a good discussion.
After that, they scheduled onsite interviews with 4 back to back interviews. The last interviewer told they really liked me and even spoke about Salary expectations and what they are willing to offer.
No response after that, I followed a couple of times, but they don't even bother to reply, rather kept ignoring me.
When a candidate invests so much energy and time in the interview process, he/she at least deserves an answer. Maybe one day, they will start caring about candidates
