You are interviewed by Deloris, Harry, and any analysts they have at the time. I was interviewed in person at the office in Golden, CO. They really put their best foot forward, but the warmth you feel during the interview process will disappear within a month of starting the job. The interview is not difficult. You are not asked to take a test and you are not asked any technical questions. They are likely just looking at whether you are professional and can speak clearly and seem motivated to learn.
