      Talent Acquisition Manager Interview

      Apr 9, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility

      Interview

One of the worst recruiting processes I have encountered so far. Chaotic, long and frustrating. I had to get in touch with them multiple times to get promised feedback and ended up withdrawing my application because of the lack of communication and interest from their side. Never heard back from them again. I had interviews with three different people who all asked me pretty much the exact same questions, which made me wonder if they even communicate with each other. The interviews all took between 30 and 90 minutes which was exhausting the second time already, so imagine what the third time answering the same questions was like. I had a teamfit interview with one of the recruiters, which was the unfriendliest interview I ever had and during which I felt quite uncomfortable. From her questions it also seemed like she hadn’t bothered to look at my CV beforehand. From my experience I wouldn't recommend to put any time (or hopes) into an application.

We are sincerely sorry to read about your negative experience in going through our hiring process. We appreciate the time and effort that all our candidates put into the hiring process and there is no excuse for having to experience what you went through. Your feedback helps us improve our process, identify areas of weakness and make things better for future candidates, hence, we truly appreciate it and any further constructive input you can provide regarding your experience. To investigate the situation it would be great if we could receive more information including the exact name of the vacancy you applied to. Unfortunately we do not have any vacancy with the title "Talent Acquisition Manager". You can also email us via jobs@wunder.org if you prefer to stay anonymous on Glassdoor. Thank you in advance and all the best for your future if we do not hear back from you.
