I applied online. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg (Germany)) in January 2017.
Interview
kind of informal taken by the HR. The talk was very relaxing. Nothing so deep technical. Better know what the company does and have a few words of motivation. Because it was an internship, they do not take you so seriously.

Interview
Let me tell you my story of weirdest job application of all times I ever encountered. According to what I was told by HR manager, the whole application process consisted 4 steps in which firstly you have a brief talk with HR manager, secondly a 2 hour talk with another same-level colleague regarding the corresponding tasks to be handled, thirdly with COO, and lastly (if you can make it until here) you are going to negotiate your salary and other remuneration details with the CEO. I made it until the third step.
Why did I apply Wunder? I was already hired by another company and I was doing great and happy with it actually. The reason I applied for a start-up company like Wunder was it was absolutely fitting with my career goal, and I thought I could learn a lot within a more sincere environment which would lead me to my other long-term goal; starting up my own business, but who would have known they are looking for some super hero.
I have to admit the first stage was Ok, the HR manager was very friendly and immediately arranged the next step of the process in which I had to discuss with a 1 year old employee in Wunder on the tasks that I am supposed to handle.
Third step was with the COO. A guy so cocky acts like he is the president of USA. As soon as he showed up on Skype, first he called me with a wrong name. It was demotivating from the very start. He tried to called me, but I had the call simultaneously on my ipad as well, so I couldn't answer like 5 seconds until I turn off my iPad and he hanged up. Then when I called, he waited for a very long time just to show, I guess, who is the boss. When he got the call, his face was whole grumpy, nose in the air, so demotivating. He didn't even say "hello" and started talking about he is going to take notes while I am talking, but "that doesn't mean he is checking Whatsapp, or facebook or whatsoever" . How can one really, I mean, really motivate on his speech at that point? Then guess what he did? After I started talking like 20 seconds, he made up an excuse, that he doesn't hear me at all, (Which wasn't really the case) so he closed the camera view. Basically he asked questions, I talked, and he acted like he was paying attention. Right after the interview with him, I understood, I am going to be rejected. But imagine working with a guy like that. Probably the friendly, inspiring work environment I dreamed for is far away from the reality.
The vacancy ad is so misleading, They don't know what they want, according to questions directed to me, they need someone who is constantly going to answer Customer calls, enquiries + a marketing guru who can create his own banners via Adobe tools + a business professional who has great experience + a content specialist who has a journalism background, and not to forget he has to have experience on legal matters.
COO is acting like he needs to find out someone as experienced as Bill Gates. I mean, seriously, I am disappointed I missed the opportunity. I was over-passionate about it, but working with a cocky, Mr. knows it all would be really horrible.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg (Germany)) in November 2015.
Interview
After applying online we arranged a phone interview that took place a couple of days later. The interviewer was friendly and punctual regarding the time frame, I think we had an enjoyable conversation despite the feeling that my experience and skills - although fully meeting with the requirements enumerated in the description - will be not good enough for them. I had the feeling that they are waiting for a superhero instead of a normal, experienced professional to work with.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg (Germany)).
Interview
There was first an HR screening, then case study then an interview in person with the cofounder.
After I passed all the stages and had the last interview with one of the co-founders. First of all, even though it was an on-site interview which means I had to take time off from my work to go, he didn't even let me speak much, instead told me what he does. He gave me an offer at the end of the interview, which is pretty low for Hamburg standards. When I politely explained that this offer is pretty low especially for Hamburg and my qualifications, he directly told me there is another candidate who has similar qualification and background "who went EVEN LOWER than this salary, so it's up to me if i want to take it or not"
When I said, I am not willing to accept the offer, he told me "Thank you for your time and see you bye" . It was the most UNPROFESSIONAL attitute I have seen so far in a start-up. They are looking not for talent but only for cheap people. If you want to work in a chilled startup enviroment, but be hired because you are cheap, you should go ahead!

I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Berlin (Germany)) in August 2018.
Interview
- Applied via LinkedIn
- Resume got shortlisted
- Got an assignment to complete in a week (It took 3 days)
- Assignment got passed
- Scheduled for an Interview
- Interview was very easy, general Android questions, questions about assignment and past working experience
- After this interview, I was put on Hold for almost a month.
- No proper response when asked for status
- After almost a month, received an email to select a date for 2nd Interview
- After date selection, the email sender (HR) didn't respond back for almost a week
- After a week, received an email starting from Appologise and asking to visit on site
- Onsite visit was NOT sponsored at all
- When asked to sponsor the trip, got mail that they cannot sponsor onsite interview
If onsite interview was not sponsored, why was it written on your LinkedIn job posting? Why was I asked to complete an assingment and for call of an interview? My current location was clearly mentioned on my Resume.
Advice to Wunder:
1. Review CVs first and then call for an interview because on CVs locations are mostly clearly mentioned
2. Dont waste time, if you cannot sponsor, dont mention it when you are posting the job on LinkedIn
3. If someone is investing 3 days to complete your assignment and coming prepared for an interview, update them timely
4. Improve your recruitmenr process, atleast before sending an assignment, plan a call and understand the situation like where the candidate is from and clearly tell them what would be the recruitment process.
Advice to candidates:
Important: This company seems confused. They have really unprofessional HR managers/recruiters who doesn't even know how to write an email or how to treat someone who has given so much time to complete your assignments and interviews.
Don't spend time on the assignment before discussing/understanding their complete recruitment process, it may end up in time waste.
They don't bother to reply your emails soon.
