I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wunderkind (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
Went through initial phone screen with Hiring Manager, was called for an in-person interview where I met with 7 employees of differing roles, then went through a logic test and then a mock call with CEO. Entire process took 1 month. Mock call and logic test are challenging if you are not prepared. The entire process was fair and the hiring manager was communicative every step of the way.

Tell me about your favorite vacation you ever took.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wunderkind (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Had a quick phone interview and then was brought in for an in person interview. Was given a quick logic and personal assessment. Was asked very few questions in the in-person interview, they mostly talked about themselves and the company, but was given many opportunities to have my questions answered. Very personable people both in HR and the actual department I interviewed for. Overall a fine experience. They seemed pretty transparent about the process.

Tell me something weird or interesting about yourself
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wunderkind in Apr 2014
Interview
Their only HR person found me on LinkedIn and did a quick phone screening. Set up an in-person interview a few days later. It was planned for 9 AM, however when I got to the office, no one was there, and sat by myself awkwardly for at least half an hour before more people started to trickle in. most people I met were extremely arrogant, and did not even introduce themselves before starting to rapid-fire questions at me. One dude even expressed skepticism at a performance metric I offered. He cut the interview short because he had a call with "JP Morgan". There are more hoops to jump through.. a segmentation logic test, and a mock client call screening.
