Interview
Received a phone call and an Email form what I thought was a head hunter who was screening applications. It was a talent search company that held Job Fairs. Twitter was at the Job Fair. They mislead me into thinking it was a preliminary face to face meeting to set another Interview. During the whole time I was there the two ladies who were "conducting the interviews" were eating their breakfast in front of me. ( they claimed to be in a relaxed environment) I felt it was rude and dismissive of me and my time.

Question 1
I was asked to go to the website and was instructed on how to apply for the position I already had applied for.
3 rounds, I spoke with a phone recruiter first. Just went into background for first round. Second round was with team and some behavioral questions. Third round was more behavioral and some technical.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at X (Hamburg) in Feb 2022
Interview
Es gab viele Bewerbungsstufen mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern. Die Gespräche waren fordernd aber positiv und freundlich. Feedback immer vom HR Ansprechpartner. Ich habe nur freundliche Personen kennengelernt. Strukturen innerhalb der Organisation waren etwas undurchsichtig.
