I was referred by a friend and was emailed and then called by a recruiter. This was a short call that and I was quickly set up with a phone interview with a manager. This was based around the Analytics part of the role and also featured some questioning on the products. Both the recruiter and the manager mentioned that candidates did not have a good grasp of the promoted products. I then was put through for an on-site interview that was with 3 managers including the manager that spoke to me. This was mainly role based and competency based questions. These were generally straight forward with no really tricky questions, the first interview was with the manager I had spoken to on the call. He delved further into analytics and this was challenging.
