I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at X (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2013
Interview
Interviewed by several people some onsite (3) and some over phone (5). For the most part, I took standard questions from US based folks, typically being sold the role. Interviews onsite were more in depth and challenging but again nothing too strenuous, I'm guessing due to lack of experienced recruiters.

Question 1
How do you resolve issues within a broken team who do not trust each and work in isolation? Mostly because this was quite a pointed question.
Interviewers were all very professional, and respectful during the process. Questions asked were mostly on experience and behavioural ones. Even though I didn't receive an offer, the process was managed well and we kept in touch for future opportunities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at X
Interview
First call was with a recruiter, the second with a HR manager. Questions were straightforward & they asked about my experience and why I was interested in the job. I was expecting more complex questions but it was very surface level for both rounds. The recruiter was really nice and helpful throughout the process.
Interviewers ask good questions to understand skill set and ability, they were also respectful of candidate's time. Everybody was friendly and open to answering any questions I had. Questions were pretty striaghtforward, mostly behavioural and skill set related. This was before the company name changed to X.
