Multiple phone/hangout interviews, with internal recruiters and hiring manager, called in for group interview plus full day of 1:1s. Some interviewers seemed a little hostile, like they didn't want to be part of the interview panel, or had already made up their mind before we talked. Other interviews went very well. In the end I received strange feedback, that seemed inaccurate, and was told I was being passed on due to the panel's inability to get unanimous agreement. Internal recruiter although nice, gave instruction that might have contributed to me not bringing in the kinds of work the team was looking for. Although the position was described as primarily UX the team was looking for more of a visual design manager.
