Set up a phone interview / screening one on one with team leader. I was pretty nervous, which I hadn't really expected so a bit flustered overall. A few questions were typical - why do you want to work here? Tell me a bit about some of your past projects, etc. A few high level technical questions - what is ReST, how would you implement rate limiting? I didn't have a good answer for the rate limiting question, and wasn't thinking clearly enough to reason about it very well, so I don't think my performance really merited another interview.
