Interview about my playing ability; my knowledge about the game; how I respected players, parents, conditioning and safety maintenance. I must always know the football ability of each athlete depending on the situation at any point of the game.
I always get to know each player and family.... I keep a book about many characteristics..... still have books on players including many situations that must be dealt with. I have a great resume.
