I applied online, received an email for a phone Interview few days later. The Interview scheduled a week out from the Interview. The Interview was a half hour, I talked to Tom Costello.

New server is installed/racked. you run fiber cable from patch panel to server, but the link doesn't come up. What do you do, how do you troubleshoot?
