XTL (Philadelphia) interview questions

I was told I was coming in to interview for the Inventory Control Manager position. As the interview went on, I realized the questions being presented didn't line up with the position, so I asked for confirmation of what I'm exactly there for. I was told I wasn't qualified for the ICM role and being pitched on a Supervisor role which I wasn't interested in. The interviewer was very awkward. She constantly mentioned she's been staffing for 20 years and several times spoke condescendingly about me to the second person sitting in on the interview as if I wasn't there. There weren't actual questions being asked either, just information about the job I wasnt interested in and boasting about how hard it is. Overall the interview was very deceiving and confusing. They wanted me to meet with the warehouse manager to discuss coming aboard as a Supervisor but I declined.

My interview was excellent. The best thing was I able to call back and ask questions and the hiring manager took the time to answer my questions. It was a great experience.
