That was a two step interview process with an aptitude qualifier test and a psychometric test. Also a HR round through phone call. The interviewers were okay. As I remember in the last they asked me two guesstimates and a puzzle.

it had basic questions on economics, excel, problem solving.
the interview lasted 30 minutes, it was not very difficult but it was basic technical round. Make sure you know basics of cat modelling and excel as well as insurance.
