All interviews were virtual and with a wide range of seriousness among the hiring teams. Apply, interview, offer. The offer was woefully under market rate. Like even by 2020 standards.

It was a Panel interview using Star questions as the format. Interview lasted roughly a hour. Only one person asked wuestions while the others filled out the sheets for the star questions.
