YSL and Associates interview questions

I submit the resume through Baruch College career website, one of the guys works in the firm contact me. One of partner interviewed me. The partner asked a lot of personal questions that made me feel really uncomfortable. She asked occupations of my parents because she wants to know if I’m from a wealth family. She prefers people from a low-income background because she thinks people from that background will work harder. And then she made me take a test over Excel the question will be using Excel and accounting knowledge
