I had the first interview and ir went great. The in-house recruiter called me saying that really liked me and wanted to book another interview. The second interview was rebooked 5 times, until I wrote to them saying that I was not interested anymore.

Interview
I had 4 interviews. The first 2 weremostly fine and professional, good experiences, although in the 2nd one, the Zoom link didn't work and I had to wait trying to get into the call for 20 minutes to no avail, and then reschedule to another block of time later that day. But things got weird for the 3rd/4th interview. It was supposed to be only 3 interviews total, but one of the interviewers didn't show up to my 3rd interview so they scheduled a makeup. There was no explanation or apology to why the interviewer didn't show up, they just asked for more of my time during which I could have been working my current job or applying to other jobs. In that rescheduled interview, the interviewer (the same one who'd missed the prior interview with no explanation) showed up on her phone, using earbuds and calling me from what seemed like an Uber on the way to the office. It was very unprofessional. She then asked me a weird series of questions that seemed like she was trying to get me to give answers that showed I wasn't a fit for a job. Very uncomfortable experience with this last interviewer which left me feeling disrespected by her and in the hiring process overall. And after all of that, so many interviews and so much of my time, I just got a standard form rejection email.
