I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZOLL Data Systems (Pacific, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
First was the Online application process . Next a HR representative call to screen. Then the Hiring Manager initial Screening via Zoom. To follow in a week the Manager has a more in depth 2nd interview. If you make it past these steps then HR schedules a SRG Talent profiler. If your score is in range then they scheduled a In person interview. If all lines up you could expect an Offer.
I had a positive experience throughout the entire process. General interview with a third party recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the regional manager, and then a third party hosted sales personality test (SRG test). The SRG was fast paced and there’s no way to study for it. After passing this I was moved to an additional interview with the regional manager, then VP of sales for ZOLL Data, and final interview with the group VP for ZOLL.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ZOLL Data Systems in Dec 2016
Interview
Very thorough interview process with 9 total interviews with one being a very quick answer personality screen that you are required to pass or you will not move on. First I was screened by a recruiter and then I spoke to the hiring manager over the phone to move on to the personality screen. Once I passed the screen test I spoke with the Director of Training over the phone and then met with the hiring manager for 2 and a half hours in person. After that I was flown to headquarters to meet with 4 executives all in the same day before an offer was made.
