Management in Broomfield that are above IC Managers/Directors level aren't trustworthy; talk out both sides of the mouth; favoritism Too much change in Exec management Undecisive in what they want to do with legacy software / too many goals at once in different directions Barely 3% raises for most, no defined promotion/raise process

-The "Data Systems" division is now fully absorbed into ZOLL Medical, a fully hardware company that has no interest in an unprofitable software product business unit in a no-growth EMS market segment -The executive team and the good managers all left, and the remaining underling VP's have no management or strategic skills other than reusing Powerpoint slides. It's an oligarchy focused on the year-end bonus -The EMS market has no positive cashflow, but ZOLL expects existing customers to spend up to 5x more to move from existing products to a less capable SaaS platform, putting businesses and patients at risk. This is under the guise of "we save people's lives". ZOLL Medical should do better at leading the way in protecting people from catastrophic events and not just look at the profitability of individual products-it's short-sighted and is not a characteristic of a compassionate company -A once vibrant culture and profitable business is now lifeless. Most of the business flies under the radar and just collects paychecks, there is no collaboration or motivation
