that was a joke - 3 people interviewed me separately - and I was not even been able to talk - everyone of them wanted to tell me about him self and about what he is doing. 3 hours I was there - and nothing happened.
As long as you are a talktive person, and have read the book "The Art of Faking It" (although you need to develop your own chapter for IT) ... Normally no white board nor difficult algorithm questions like other big companies.

Interview
I was initially hired to do automated Python scripts for testing. There was only one interview and it happened over the phone. He asked me some questions about the Python syntax and a couple generic programming questions. They then asked about my skills with C# and .NET. Truth be told, the offer was a bit time sensitive so the interview process was not long, but I doubt others would have the same experience under normal circumstances.
