Zion & Zion interview questions

I applied for this position in September 2018 and the process took about 4 weeks. I received an email the same day I applied to set up a phone interview for the following week. The phone interview was just like any other introductory call - more about the job, the company, my background, etc. After that, I received an email about a week later to set up an in-person interview (skype call in my case since I lived in another state). On the skype call I was able to meet more employees in different departments and Aric, the CEO. Everyone was very friendly. After the in-person/skype call, I received an email about a week later asking to complete an exercise demonstrating my skills. Once that was complete I received an email a day later extending interest in an offer and then needed to reach out the Aric to discuss further and started 3 weeks later. Overall, it was an easy process and they did a great job getting back to me within a reasonable amount of time.

I applied online and they took about four weeks to even call me back. After that, we set up and interview the following week at their agency office. Upon arrival, I was given a written test with questions related to social media and public relations (ie writing a press release, writing social media updates, and general questions about PR and why I wanted to work there). Then I was interviewed by three people at once, left and was later emailed and asked to come back for a second interview. Then, they changed their minds and decided it wasn't necessary and instead just offered me the job.
