Excellent experience, met amazing people. it was a great format, had to install a structure together. Was flown out of indiana to california. Great experience all in all. great location of workplace.

Had a phone interview taking about an hour. Some technical questions were asked, but the interview had very little to do with my skill as an engineer, and seemed more focused on my aptitude for taking interviews. They said a reason they rejected me is because I stumbled and was nervous during the interview. Kinda pathetic...
