easy interview but offers literally no hours it took me a month to finish a 5 day training because they refused to put me on the schedule unless I called and begged

Why do you want to work her and what’s your availability
A long process just to work there and a mandatory 90% on menu test. Pass then they don’t schedule you. They would cut you early because you’re affecting their labor cost and so training was a joke if it was really slow.
I came in to fill out an application, the manager reviewed it immediately after I filled it out and sat down to talk to me. He asked me a few typical interview questions, like why did you leave your last position and how did you hear about the restaurant. Then he asked a few questions about myself and what I think is important as a server. After hearing my answers he said he was going to offer me the job and gave me a time to come in for orientation.
