The beginning of the process was very good, I applied and got the first interview with HR. The initial interview was pretty good, casual, and straightforward. But the second interview was a bit sketchy, I had an interview with the director of operations and her camera wasn't working which I thought was a bit weird. From the beginning of the interview, I felt I have already been rejected because of the way the interview was handled. She took a look at my resume and mentioned that I was overqualified for the position. I really tried to showcase my strengths and the value that I could provide to the company but I felt like she wasn't really paying attention to it. After that 3 weeks passed by and got no answer about how my process was going. I had to chase the HR guy to get an answer. Finally, I got a generic email of rejection. without any feedback or areas of improvement that I can work on. I hope they can improve this and take into consideration that if you are not a fit for their company to let you know within a reasonable timeframe.
