Zongteng Group interview questions

The interview process was simple and straightforward. First, I was contacted by the HR department via phone. They asked about my availability, previous experience, and willingness to do physically demanding tasks. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview where I met with a supervisor. They showed me around the warehouse and explained the tasks like picking, packing, loading, and safety measures. The whole process was completed in less than a week

I was initially referred by a friend. There were two interview processes: one in-person on-site with the manager and another phone interview. Afterward, they promised to send me an offer letter and details. They ghosted me. A week later, I called the HR, and they informed me that they had decided not to proceed with my application. Two weeks later, I received a text message from a different HR representative at Gofo Inc. They scheduled a phone interview for the following afternoon. However, the HR representative never showed up for the interview. The next day, I received an Indeed message requesting to schedule phone interview? The HR representative apologized for ghosting me, saying that it wasn’t on her schedule. This is the most dysfunctional and unprofessional company I’ve ever applied to.
