      Application

      Interview

The whole process was quite fast-paced. The first round was a phone screen with HR, briefly discussing my background and my motivation for transitioning into the autonomous driving space. Next was a coding round, primarily testing data structures and algorithms. The main focus was the subsequent technical rounds, where the interviewers dug deep into the underlying principles of 3D perception, NeRF, and 3D Gaussian Splatting. We also had an in-depth discussion on how to practically apply these technologies to radar-based 3D reconstruction. Overall, I felt the interviewers were technically very strong, and the conversations were highly rewarding.
