A couple of phone interviews followed (a week later) by a series of one to one interviews at the London office (in a single session). All in all it was really badly co-ordinated by the HR representative. I had to email repeatedly for confirmation of appointments, then I to ask for the names of those who would be interviewing me in person, and then again for the address of the premises. Worst of all, he did not have the courtesy to provide any feedback following the in-person interviews. Pretty unacceptable, considering I had committed around four hours in total to interviews (when counting both phone and in-person interviews)
