The interview achieved what good interviews achieve, which is you leave the building wanting to join the company asap. The process for setting up the interview was very professional and the building personnel quickly took care of me when I arrived there (fantastic premises by the way). The HR Manager was friendly and kind. She was also honest to describe the role's tasks and challenges. All questions were respectful and inline with the job position advertised. So if the company operating in the financial sector is not attractive enough by itself, the care and respect shown to candidates surely will make the rest.
