Online interview (pre recorded questions), you get thirty seconds to prepare answer and then 2/3 minutes to answer
The assessment centre contained three parts:

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zurich Insurance (London, England)
Interview
I did the online testing questions first. There are some numerical questions, logic questions and graphic questions. Nothing too complicated. Then I did the video interview. Try to prepare as much as you can.

Interview
I was invited to do a Skype interview after completing several online tests and an application form. The interview itself was quite well conducted and everything was made clear from the interviewer.
First, I had to confirm some of the details from the application form (such as university I attend, position of interest, etc.). Then I was asked some competency questions. The next step is an assessment center.
