Interview
The process was very amicable. There were two sets of interviews. The first one is with the team, where they explain the role, and the second one is with Human Resources, where they explain the culture of the company and ask some behavioural questions.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how prepared are you for this position?
As I am still in the interview process, first round with the manager of the Group within Zürich and second with HR. HR felt more like a formality, the first round was a combination of personal fit and some light technicals - basic understanding of the absolute basics.
