It was three 30 minute interviews back to back. Very basic questions where they want to learn more about you and how you handle situations versus your job experience. Overall it was a very nice experience with very nice people.

Question 1
How would you handle a frustrated customer on the phone?
Standard behavioral questions, I did not have difficulty answering them. The interviewers were nice and it wasn't too long. I heard back within two weeks, but unfortunately did not get an offer.
