Zwicker & Associates interview questions

It was a great interview. Team seemed lovely. When asked what I looking for the postion offer up to $80, My skillset allows me to be close enough or fully to that. They lowballed with the salary and refused to negotiate stating the last manager was able to earn bonuses fo up to $200 a month but that wasn't guaretted. That was never even discussed at the interview which surprised me. Had to look at the ad and that wasn't there either. It was the perfect setting but wouldn't have made sense for me to leave my current job which is the same salary accomodation.

Review Legal Terminology: Especially related to the area of law they practice (e.g., litigation, corporate, family, IP). Prepare STAR Stories: Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to describe your experience. Practice Tech Skills: Familiarize yourself with common legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
