Zydex Industries interview questions

The interview process was purely technical and a lengthy one. Almost 1:30 hrs for each candidate . Very few general questions where asked. Questions where related to sales and understanding candidate's capacity of selling products and communicating with the potential customer

First round was telephonic and second round was personal interview at HO. Personal interview took around 40-50 Mins. They asked questions related to recruitment for chemical sector and positions that I have handled in my recruitment career, Job Description and specification designing and CTC structure.
