Very intimidating interview process, with lots of technical questions which weren't related to the job description itself. The demeanour was very negative and they outright explained that even co-op interns are expected to work overtime (for a minimum wage job).
I interviewed at Zymeworks (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview was mostly about getting to know my previous experience with skills I'd need during my co-op. Know your own experience/research in depth - they asked a few technical details to clarify things.

Question 1
In what types of research projects have you used X skill? (ex. flow cytometry)
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Zymeworks in May 2020
Interview
The interview was held by the group of people I would be working directly with, and the questions were more technical than I expected (for a co-op position). Many questions pertained to how I used or how I would use certain techniques towards the type of work I would be doing.
