BP sticks to the script when interviewing. I've been through four BP interviews, once as an external candidate then three times internal. I've been asked the same questions on every interview. Lots of "tell me about a time when..." type questions. Before your interview think of every difficult situation, difficult co-worker, problem you've solved, etc. and you'll do fine.
