15 minute telephone interview - I thought it was quite intense
Assessment Day - Group/Individual Interviews, team challenges, script learning etc etc. Quite a relaxed environment, group of about 20 people (there was another group the day before). I think about 14 got hired from the two groups

Phone call following a online scheduling . The Interviewer was rude, unprofessional and uninterested. Very much a 'catch all' approach, got frustrated and even swore when asked about details of firm e.g. high turnover and how the monthly salary would cover a share-flat and approximately $usd200 spending outside of that
