Applied online. Attended the webinar. Phone interviews and then in person interview. I have never seen a useless company in my whole life. You really have to be desperate for a new job to join these guys. What they advertise an what you hear during the interview process is very different. The people with the worst people skills are the Recruitment Administrators. I have never seen such a thing all my life. You send an e mail asking very important information, they just don't reply at all, very unprofessional behaviour I must say. When I saw comments from people after my first interview, I thought they were made up but then after going through the recruitment process I can now understand why some people had terrible experiences.

Very smooth, spoke to two people, both very nice and friendly. The second interview was a few days after the first one. Both conversations were easy flowing. I Was given an offer the day after my second interview.
