Very accommodating and the members of deVere were very forthcoming with the job description. It was like having a regular conversation with the managers which put me at ease and let me be my authentic self.

Question 1
there were general questions about the company, however the interview was them asking about my CV and my transferrable skills. They put a different spin on my career which gave it a positive outlook - which other companies haven't done before.

Part 1:
They use an interview software which asks typical questions such as describing yourself, past experiences and motivation
Part 2: The McQuaig Word Survey
You are required to order personality descriptions from most descriptive to least descriptive

Interview
Initial HR interviews were followed by a 1 week academy course teaching you how to sell their products. At the end there was some exams and video uploads about yourself.
