Applied on recruiting site and got an email to come for an assessment. No prior phone conversation. They gave me right away screening questions. The first test was 30 min and many basic psychometry type questions that you're not really supposed to finish all. The second test is 15 min asp.net and js questions, timed. And there were about 30 min for that. After that, I had a chat with hr. Mostly about my history and how much I earned. Then, chat with a hiring manager and another written test. 2 basic programming questions. They told me I'm progressing very well and asked if I can stay for one more test for an hour. At this point it was very late and I asked for another appointment. Which I did not came since got an offer elsewhere. Overall it was an easy interview but very long. People seemed friendly.
