I applied online and HR got back to me quickly for the first phone screen. Then it was about a month before I heard any follow-up. I had a 2nd touch-in w/ a different HR rep and was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager via phone. At the end of the call with the hiring manager, he scheduled the in-person interview. When I arrived in person, I had to fill out an actual paper application. The interview was about 3.5 hrs. I sat 1:1 with 4 team members and then wrapped up with the hiring manager. Questions were average (why are you looking? Do you prefer structured or less structured environment? (Company culture is less structured.). I had asked and was told the decision time frame would be 1-2 weeks but I heard nothing for a month afterward. I pinged HR a couple times and they finally responded with the decision.
