Conversations with HR were pleasant and asked standard questions to gauge my background and qualifications. In person interview was completely opposite. Search oddball interview questions on Glassdoor for a study guide because I found at least 4 of their questions there afterwards. Interviews asked their questions and then stone faced while I answered, not a conversational interview at all. One of the interviewers asked her questions and then stared out the window the rest of the time. Also avoid using the term 'start up' to describe Ecobee as they don't seem to like that.
