I applied online and got a replied almost instantly requesting an interview a few days later. When I got there the person interviewing me was unprofessional and basically said the position is open because the person currently doing it now is stupid. Huge red flag that shows a lack of respect from management towards the team.

Applied online, I was contacted soon after and scheduled a short phone interview. The interview was informal but a bit rushed. Received a short feedback via email the same afternoon.
