    Recruiter Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Houston, TX

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at g2 Recruitment (Houston, TX) in July 2015.

    Interview

30-minute conversation over the phone, early phone call due to the fact that the company is based in the U.k. There wasn't any charges made to my personal phone account. About 5 minutes were spent to talk about yourself, and the rest of the time you were learning more about the role and the company.

    Interview Questions

    • Why do you want to be a recruiter? Why are you a great fit? What are your goals? What do you want to accomplish within the next 5 years?   Answer Question

    Recruitment Consultant Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at g2 Recruitment in March 2016.

    Interview

The interview was brief over the phone and the interviewer seemed rushed and unattentive to my answers. She honestly didn't seem to be paying attention to my responses at all, rather she seemed to just be reading off a script. What was supposed to be a 30 minute interview that I'd prepared hours over ended up only being 15 minutes of a rushed and unprofessional interview.

    Internal Recruiter Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England (UK)
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at g2 Recruitment (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

The interviewer was cold and had no personality, no idea how they got the job! Did not place any emphasis around what the company can do for your personal development or the benefits of working for them over a competitor. Surely they should make someone feel like they want to work for the company.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at g2 Recruitment.

    Interview

Initial telephone interview. Was very rushed (after getting the job I realised exactly why too - G2 is quantity over quality). Made it to a final face to face with the usual questions about motivations and work ethic. Then I did an hour of cold calling companies and was then offered the job on the spot.

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at g2 Recruitment (Bristol, England (UK)) in April 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview. called, obviously in a hurry, going through the motions. which makes sense, the interviewer had thirty interviews that day. there is no way you could care for all of those interviews. it did sound like she was reading off a sheet, and ticking the boxes. You try and initiate a to-and-fro type dialogue but could not achieve it.

    Interview Questions

    • why do you want to be a recruiter
