Interview
3 interviews, one with product manager and one with product manager and senior engineer. Really easy process, spoke with engineer about their project they were currently working on. Very keen on making sure I wanted the job as much as they wanted to offer it.

Question 1
Basic education background, no technical questions
Waste of my time and resources. I went through two rounds of interviews. I was asked to write an app and code to demo my ability to understand their product (in addition to the code I already had available to demo plus my education). The second interview was supposed to be the "technical" part and not one technical question was asked. Further, one of the interviewers continually cut me off and discounted my education and experience. I was told by the manager that he would like to extend me an offer and have me on the team. I was told that they were "waiting on government funds" and it could be "any day that I got the offer". A couple of weeks later HR contacted me that they moved forward with another candidate. They strung me along and wasted my time. Be aware if they ask you to write them any applications and do extra "research" while interviewing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at i3 (Huntsville, AL) in Aug 2023
Interview
I was interviewed by three employees over zoom. Although there were a few technical questions, the position was entry/mid level so the interview was more personal than technical. The technical questions that were asked were fairly general to gauge experience with software they use. Interviewers were friendly, although their cameras were not working in the conference room, so it was a bit awkward knowing I was on a giant TV yet I could not see anyone. I thought the interview went well, but did not even make it to the second round of interviews. I was notified about a week later.
