iLert (Germany) interview questions

I really liked the interview process and how engaging it was. It felt more like a space for self-reflection and honest conversation about my goals and what I want to grow into!

The interview process was friendly and efficient. The most interesting part was the on-site task, where I had to quickly demonstrate my approach to creating a marketing campaign. I also appreciated the opportunity to meet the team, learn more about the product, and get a sense of what working there would be like.
