Very easy. Normal conversation. The interviewer just wanted to know how comfortable you are with conversing. That's the majority part of the job. Being able to speak freely and fluently.

It was smooth and prompt. The HR was warm and interview process was quick. The roles and responsibilities were explaining and expectations were clear. Overall it was a good candidate experience

It only took 1 day for the interview. I was about to relocate if given the opportunity so they took my telephonic interview over call and then informed me that I got shortlisted but the background check process takes up to 15 days of time period

Regarding previous experiecne and the US Working process like US Staffing
There were 2 rounds, fort was a brief idea about the company and little guidance for the interviews. Second interview was with the Team lead and account manager, pretty general questions.
