This is for Coop program. They had behaviour part and technical part, but quite simple.
The interview lasts about an hour, with 2 interviewers. They have a more flexible and opening atmosphere, target to know you as a person and whether you fit the team.
First 2 rounds were chill with casual talking about discussing your vibe to see if you're a good fit or not. That would help save time if you're not suitable for the position or not.
Went thru 3 interviews: 1st - phone just a general checks, 2nd - technical interview with a test to be completed in the room, 3rd - cultural interview (this is to see if I fit, as a person, into the company family of people).
