A friend recommended me for the role, and the process moved along quickly. Within just a few days, I was given the assessment tests and soon after, the Talent Acquisition team reached out to me.
Interview
The hiring steps started promptly. Shortly after applying, I was invited to a virtual interview on Google Meet. During the first conversation, we went over the role in detail, discussing daily tasks and the benefits offered by the company. I was later scheduled for a second round with a trainer and a team leader, where we had a more open discussion about the company culture, the job structure, and my background in customer service.
