Did two interviews, first one was an informal chat over video which went well, the second another longer interview. Reasonable series of thought-out questions, although this meant not much opportunity to actually talk about my relevant expertise.
Unfortunately, I never heard anything from Ivolve afterwards- no rejection email or a call. This was disappointing and somewhat rude, considering I'd put in time and effort to make the interviews.
Especially for a company which is a Sunday Times top employer! I've rather got the feeling I've dodged a bullet.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ivolve (Eccles, East of England, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Normal interview questions ,asked about experience, values of Ivolve and how we have displayed in our job , flexibility, quality, situational questions, safeguarding and what to do if we see our colleagues mistreating someone
The interview included a half-hour discussion about my experience and education, followed by a tour around the house, day to day running of the house and meeting the home's residents and fellow support workers
