The interview process was fair and thorough. I was assessed against four qualities, smart (you don’t need to graduate from a top university, but you do need to be switched on) motivated, humble and you must have a growth mindset. This allows them to hire well-rounded people, it’s why they have an incredible team and a very defined culture.
They assessed my ability to do the job through an initial test, in my case, it was a written test. I was then interviewed for an hour by Viktoria, the CMO at iwoca and Michel who’s a part of the Polish marketing team. I was then called in for a second interview so that they can assess my approach to certain situations.
This process gives them a 360 view of you, they need to be sure that you will be a good fit for iwoca. The recruitment team don’t waste time, I got an offer within 48 hours after my second interview. The whole process from application to offer took 10 days.
